To thoroughly clean the restaurant kitchen, including all equipment, walls, floors and kitchen utensils. The main objective was to degrease all surfaces and remove the remaining grease buildup.

Condition of the Kitchen
Heavy grease contamination on the kitchen equipment, walls, tiled floor and kitchen utensils.
Work Performed
- Cleaning and degreasing the tables, sinks and stove.
- Cleaning the walls.
- Cleaning the tiled floor with a single-disc machine.
- Cleaning all kitchen utensils.
We used alkaline cleaning solutions and degreasers because the contamination was grease-based.
Result
The restaurant kitchen was fully cleaned and ready for operation.
