After renovation works, the 250 sq.m. house required professional deep cleaning. Surfaces were contaminated with cement dust, paint splashes, epoxy resin and silicone residues. The floors consisted of porous tiles and natural stone.
Initial Condition of the Property
- Cement dust deeply embedded in tile pores
- Paint splashes on walls and furniture
- Epoxy resin and silicone residues
- Construction dust on furniture and glass surfaces
Work Process
Mechanical Floor Cleaning
Floor treatment was performed using a single-disc rotary machine with a heavy abrasive pad. Strong mechanical pressure was required, as cement dust had penetrated deep into the porous structure of the tile.
Application of Professional Chemicals
Acid-based solutions were applied to safely dissolve cement residues without damaging the tile or natural stone surfaces.
Wall and Ceiling Cleaning
Walls and ceilings were manually cleaned using telescopic mop extensions and specialized cleaning solutions.
Window and Furniture Cleaning
Panoramic windows were washed and cement traces were removed from glass. All furniture, including teak pieces, was carefully cleaned from construction dust.
Final Detailing
A detailed final cleaning of all interior surfaces was performed to ensure complete restoration of cleanliness.
Result
All construction residues were fully removed. The house is perfectly cleaned and ready for its owners.
