Task
To remove as much contamination as possible, reduce visible staining on the surface, and restore a clean, hygienic feel without damaging the upholstery.
We received a heavily contaminated king size mattress with deep, set-in stains (supposedly blood). Blood is one of the hardest organic contaminations because it penetrates fabric fibers and bonds with the material, especially when stains are old.

Cleaning Process
Deep Extractor Cleaning
We used a professional extractor machine to flush the surface and simultaneously pull out dissolved contamination from deeper layers of the mattress.
Alkaline Spot Removers for Organic Stains
Because the stains were organic (protein-based), several types of specialized alkaline spot removers were applied to break down the contamination and help lift discoloration from the fabric.
Result
The mattress became significantly cleaner and fresher. Most stains were successfully removed, and the mattress is ready for safe use again.
