Our representative will have a look at your house/apartment. We need to know size and kind of property , degree of contamination, and your expectations from cleaning service
We analyze your wishes, all details, then we do calculations of work. Our commercial offer we send you by email or inform you by phone.
We choose a date convenient for you.If you need one time service (deep cleaning service)-we set day and time.In a case of regular cleaning (twice a month)-you choose days and time,suitable for yourself. Then you inform us about access to your house-you can give us a copy of key of your property (we keep it in a safe box in our office) or you meet our staff in your house
There is a list of works, all terms of completing, methods and conditions of payment in this document.
At the end of our work we invite you to check it. If any defects are detected- we revise it emmediately But please be informed that we accept any comments and fix all defects jnly in the same day of service performing. If we clean your house regularly ,for example,twice a week-you can call our office 076 226 470 and inform us about your complaints or comments.
